We are pleased to announce that we will be holding our Annual Convention at Panglao Island, Bohol, from November 13 to 15,2009.  Your committee, in consultation with the MART Board of Directors, has decided to hold the convention proper over dinner on Friday, November 13.  The decision was made to enable the delegates to participate in the activities planned for the following day.

We will be coming out with the final schedule in our next circular.

Convention fees will vary, depending on the airline and type of accommodation.  As in the past, fees include plane fare, roomaccommodations and five (5) meals:  dinner on Friday night, breakfast, lunch and dinner on Saturday and breakfast on Sunday morning.
