This year, the MART Consciousness Week will culminate with the MART Convention proper to be held at the Bohol Beach Club, Bohol.

Bohol is a quaint island located in the south central Philippines and a two hour ferry journey to Cebu. Its provincial capital, Tagbilaran, has an accessible airport.

There are many sights to see in Bohol. The Fascinating Bohol Tour features sights such as the Blood Compact Marker, the Chocolate Hills, Hinagdanan Cave, Baclayon Church, Bilar-Man made Forest, and the Loboc River.

Most notable among Bohol’s many tourist attractions is the Blood Compact Marker – the site of a Blood Pact between Datu Sikatuna, a native chieftain, and Don Miguel Lopez de Legazpi, a Spaniard representing the King of Spain, was held on March 16, 1565, the first “Treaty of Friendship” between the brown and white races. The Chocolate Hills, Hinagdanan Cave and the Loboc River are also some of the popular natural wonders to behold in this beautiful island.

Apart from this, Bohol also has many man-made wonders. The Provincial Capitol, Plaza Rizal, Baclayon Church and the Bohol Cathedral are just some of the names to take note of which exhibit 16th Century Spanish-style Architecture. The Bilar-Man Made Forest is another hotspot.

Tagbilaran City has a rich history that dates back to the 15th century when it was known as the “Bool Kingdom” – by virtue of bones and other artifacts excavated by archeologists along the shorelines.

MART has arranged 2 Bohol packages that members could choose from, the Fascinating Bohol Tour and the City Tour with Bee Farm Tour. Below are the list of attractions and sites for both packages
